Archadeck is the premier designer/builder; of decks, screen porches, sunrooms, pergolas, and gazebos throughout the Chicagoland suburbs. The outdoor living space is very exciting and growing rapidly. We are experiencing 30% + growth and have plenty of work for the right team members. We are looking for full-time lead carpenters for our team. We provide training, clear plans, daily communication, and treat our carpenters like the critical part of our team they are. We build our outdoor projects all year long!

Earn $40,000 to $80,000 depending on experience and skill with full benefits (including health care and 401k), bonus pay for quality and on-time building, and the opportunity to grow with a quality company.

Must be reliable, honest, and willing to work hard. Background checks and references will be required. To work on our projects your quality must be strong while getting jobs completed on schedule. This is a great opportunity for the right person.

Requirements:

-Own tools and truck.

- Background checks and references.

-Lift a minimum of 100 pounds.

- Minimum of 1-year experience building decks

-Prefer Screen Porch and Sunroom Experience
